TicketMaster VISTA



Pinnacle Computing Solutions was selected by NARA Management to manage the enterprise-wide deployment of the TicketMaster VISTA client/server application at 11 Presidential Libraries. Pinnacle staff performed the planning, scheduling, design, procurement, configuration, testing and phased implementation of this COTS scheduling and ticketing software at 11 NL Presidential Library sites across the country. In addition, Pinnacle developed the VISTA Server Configuration SOP and VISTA Server Security Hardening SOP used to configure all of NARA’s VISTA servers. The VISTA client/server application runs on Windows XP desktops with a Windows 2003 server platform running SQL Server 2000 as the database backend.





Case Reference Guide (CRG) Intranet Website



Pinnacle Computing Solutions managed the deployment of the Case Reference Guide (CRG) Intranet Website at NARA. Pinnacle consultants performed the planning, scheduling, design, procurement, configuration, testing, and implementation of this Apache intranet reference webserver running on a Windows 2003 server platform at the Military Personnel Records Center for 300+ government case workers in St. Louis. Pinnacle staff currently provide engineering services for ongoing maintenance and support of this mission-critical system.





Custom server-side scripting and Office Automation



Pinnacle was hired by Zipatoni, a St. Louis marketing and promotions firm, to provide custom server-side scripting and Office Automation to streamline server account and client file management at the firm. Using sophisticated Perl scripts, Pinnacle staff developed programs which dynamically managed access to client account data based upon login credentials and account privileges, as well as automating the dynamic creation and archiving of project directories for well over 1 Terabyte of graphics and presentation data spanning hundreds of critical client projects, freeing up Zipatoni administrators to attend to other O&M tasks.





Custom Mac OS X server scripting



Pinnacle Computing Solutions was hired by Skeleton Key, a local IT Consulting firm, to develop custom scripting for their Mac OS X Webservers. Pinnacle consultants developed a custom web interface for Skeleton Key clients that dynamically managed account information via Perl server-side scripting.





IT Staffing



Pinnacle provided Project Managers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Help Desk Technicians to support the National Archives and Records Administration at multiple sites across the country as an exclusive partner and subcontractor to SRA International.
